The extent of our service

During the 12-month warranty period, you are entitled to have free diagnostics by a technician and, if necessary, replacement of parts and repairs. After the warranty period, you can still take advantage of our maintenance services.

Technical Chat

By establishing cooperation with us, you get access to a technical chat room where our technicians answer our customers' questions 24 hours a day.

Video consultation

You have the possibility of a one-on-one video consultation with our technician using Team Viewer, diagnoses the problem and can resolve it remotely.

Part Replacement

If the problem diagnosed by our technician requires the part to be replaced, we will send it immediately and instruct you on how to proceed with the replacement.

Warranty Service

To begin with, you get a 12-month warranty service from us, with the possibility of extension.

As part of the service, you can count on the support of our technicians, as well as the technical chat where we usually manage to solve small problems with the printer. If this is not enough, our technicians will schedule a video consultation, during which they will diagnose the cause of the problem and solve it remotely. If a part needs to be replaced, we will send it to you immediately.

Are you at a customer's site, encounter a problem and need quick advice? As part of your support, you get 6 months of access to the technical chat and SOS phone, allowing you to get a quick answer to your questions.

If you really need immediate help, call us and we will answer your question. We have both a graphic designer and a technician ready to quickly dismiss your doubts. So you are in constant contact with specialists who are fully versed in technical matters.
