1. Is the printer easy to transport?
Yes, the printer is optimized for transport in small vehicles, and one person can handle it.
2. How long does it take to print 1 m²?
Printing 1 m² takes an average of 25 minutes.
3. How long does the ink last?
One pack of ink lasts approximately six months. It includes 4 one-liter bottles for the primary colors, plus 1 liter of white ink and 1 liter of flush. The total cost is €1,050 excluding VAT.
4. What is the margin on consumables?
The printer consumes an average of €4 to €6 per square meter printed. In France, printing services are typically sold for 250 € et 350 € per square meter.
5. How does printer maintenance work?
During training, we teach you how to maintain your printer. Most processes are automated, including pumping and cleaning systems, which need to be used daily before and after each session.
6. How long does the training last?
The training lasts three days:
- Deux jours en présentiel at our training center.
- One day remotely, divided into four modules of two hours each via videoconference with our trainer.
For international customers, live training sessions can also be organized.
7. Is there technical support?
Yes, technical support is included for six months. Our technical and after-sales support team is based in Grenoble, France.

Our after-sales service is located in Grenoble, where we maintain a stock of spare parts ready to be dispatched in case of a breakdown or technical issue.

9. What is included in the training?
The training is highly practical:
- Practice with the printer.
- Learn to assemble and disassemble the printer.
- Adapt the printer to different profiles and obstacles.
- Analyze a surface before printing.
Additionally, a technical module covers file preparation for printing.
10. How long does it take to assemble and disassemble the printer?
Assembling and disassembling the printer takes about 20 minutes. During training, we teach you how to do it as quickly and efficiently as possible.
11. Do you need to be handy to assemble and disassemble the printer?
No, it’s accessible to everyone. The printer is designed to be assembled with basic tools like an Allen key and a screwdriver—easier than assembling IKEA furniture!
12. Can the printer print on any surface?
The printer is most effective on vertical surfaces such as plastered walls, plasterboard, painted walls, wallpaper, or wood. It can also print on plexiglass and other materials. Printing on glass requires special training as it is more complex.
13. What is the difference between wallpaper and your wall printer?
We are complementary. Wallpaper covers an entire wall for a new look, while our wall printer adds a unique decorative touch, like a tattoo for your wall.
14. What is the difference between self-adhesive vinyl and wall printing?
Durability is the key difference. Stickers peel off over time, while wall prints can last up to a decade. Additionally, our solution is more environmentally friendly.
15. Can we print the entire wall?
No, there is a margin of about 30 cm on each edge (top, bottom, left, and right). In certain cases, printing edge-to-edge may be possible if no obstacles are present.
16. What to do in the event of a printing error?
If a print fails, the wall must be repainted. In rare cases, the printer can correct the error, but this is not guaranteed. That’s why training and testing before the final print is crucial.
17. Can we print on cars?
It is strongly discouraged to print on cars due to the high risk of damaging the print head or the vehicle. Vinyl is a safer and more suitable solution for vehicles.
18. Do I need graphic design knowledge to get started?
No, you don’t need graphic design expertise. Design work can be outsourced, allowing you to focus on the printing while adding a margin for the design service.
19. Who are our customers in the printing business?
Most of your future customers will be B2B clients , with fewer individual customers. The average order value is approximately 1100 €.
20. What is the highest-priced service you have sold?
We’ve had two remarkable projects:
- Complete signage for a building over four days, sold for more than 12 000 €.
- Interior decoration of a brewery, sold for more than 11 500 €.
